Our Members



To be a member of R&S, you must be a working class woman between the ages 14 and 30 and living in the urban neighborhoods of Boston. We are a diverse group of students, organizers, leaders, workers, mothers, and experts. Most R&S members are women of color. Some of our members are immigrant women. Many members identify as queer or lesbian. Many of our members come from single parent households. Some of our members are court-involved. Several members experience mental illness and other disabilities.
